Trade Minister Dan Tehan arrives in Paris for OECD talks amid ongoing tensions

The Trade Minister Dan Tehan has arrived in France in an attempt to resolve a diplomatic rift. He's the first government minister to visit the country since Australia ditched the 90 billion dollar French submarines contract.
