ACT restrictions to ease from 11:59pm Thursday

The ACT has recorded 28 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases. Chief Minister Andrew Barr has confirmed restrictions will ease at 11:59pm on Thursday as planned, as well as travel arrangements with New South Wales coming into effect from Friday.
