A 130-strong delegation led by Sri Lankan cabinet minister Namal Rajapaksa landed in Uttar Pradesh’s Kushinagar on Wednesday to mark the opening of the district's new international airport.The delegation is comprised of Buddhist monks and dignitaries from Sri Lanka.
