Bhopal hospital fire: Shivraj Singh Chouhan calls it criminal negligence, orders inquiry

After four infants died in a Bhopal hospital fire, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has called the incident criminal negligence and has ordered a high-level inquiry into the incident.
