Chennai flooded with rain-water, transportation crippled

Incessant rains continue to wreak havoc across Tamil Nadu. 14 people lost their lives and thousands have been forced to leave their homes. And, Chennai has been hit hard by the deluge. The City has been witnessing heavy showers since last night which led to waterlogging and stagnation in many areas.
