Paddock Wood community to vote on controversial community centre

Residents of a Kent community say a poll on a controversial new community centre is a step forward, despite not being legally binding.

On January 15 there will be a vote, at the taxpayers' expense, on whether residents want the multi million pound development to happen on a plot of open green space.
