MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki has initiated legal proceedings for defamation against the whistleblower who first published the shareholdings allegations against him.
The whistleblower, Lalitha Kunaratnam, had posted on Twitter yesterday a snippet of a letter of demand sent to her by Azam’s lawyer.
