Bombay HC rejects anticipatory bail plea of BJP MLA Nitesh Rane in murder attempt case

The Bombay High Court on Monday rejected an anticipatory bail plea of BJP MLA Nitesh Rane in an alleged attempt to murder case. However, the anticipatory bail application of the co-accused in the case, Manish Dalvi, was granted.
