This is a public hacking tool.
This program hack all Mani Admin Servers, created by Overflow*., this program bypass ma_rcon auth and add admins on the server.

Do not modify this file !

Just launch the EXECUTABLE file.
Select your HotKey (For my, CTRL+L)
Connect to a CSS Server
Press on your hotkey
Type admin on console.

Have fun with mani admin rights !
