NT schools facing staff shortages days after students return

Northern Territory students are back at school, but days into week one, schools are scrambling to cover a shortage of teachers. Adam Lampe is the NT Secretary of the Australian Education Union and says better incentives need to be offered to teachers to attract them to the Northern Territory.
