Leading epidemiologist calls for Victoria's vaccine passport rules to be eased

A leading epidemiologist says Victoria's vaccine passport rules could be eased in the next couple of weeks now that so many people have had the virus. The government though is not budging on that policy but the Premier has indicated that elective surgery may resume soon.
