Confused Dog Roams on Flooded Streets in Hamburg, Germany

The streets of Hamburg got flooded after a strong storm hit Northern Germany. When this dog's owner got him outside for a walk, he got confused. Unlike the locals, he wasn’t used to seeing the streets immersed in water.
