Mandera education stakeholders ask for local solution to end teachers shortage

Mandera education stakeholders have asked for a local solution to end the teachers shortage in the region. Over 1000 non-local teachers quit the region at the height of terror acts that claimed the lives of dozens of tutors in 2014.
