context: i was going thru baby looney tunes eps on kimcartoon (don't ask why I just think they're cute) when suddenly an EAS Alert Test played and scared the s*** out of me. I wasn't watching this live so it wasn't up-to-date or for my area but I just thought that was an interesting little thing I stumbled onto =)
