NSW and Qld communities hampered by fuel supply shortages

Fuel shortages are adding to the problems faced by residents in flood affected regions of NSW and Queensland, making the recovery effort harder. Spokesman for fuel retailers, Mark McKenzie, says services are getting back to normal.
