Telecommunication down as flood-hit communities battle isolation and supply shortages

Many smaller communities across the Northern Rivers region have also had significant damage. Landslides have transformed the terrain at Upper Wilsons Creek. And many towns have endured days of isolation, poor telecommunications and a shortage of supplies.
