Russia declares ceasefire in Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkiv, Sumy

The war, now in its 12th day, has caused 1.5 million people to flee Ukraine. Meanwhile, Russia has declared ceasefire in Kyiv, Mariupol, Kharkiv, Sumy from 12.30 pm onwards.
