South-East Queenslanders foot costly flood clean-up bill

Many South-East Queenslanders cleaning up their homes badly damaged by the floods are finding financial relief a nightmare to access. With government flood relief payments worked out on a means testing basis, many are still ineligible to receive financial support as they face a costly clean-up.
