Did Russia really use hypersonic missiles in Ukraine?

Russia claimed on Saturday that it fired a hypersonic missile on Friday at Delyatyn, a small town in western Ukraine. Ukraine did not confirm any such strike. And the people in Delyatyn are silent about it. They say they did not hear or see anything.
