What challenges were faced in Deoghar rescue operation?

The Deoghar ropeway rescue operations in Jharkhand which went on for over two days with several people remaining stuck till Tuesday morning has been completed now. Among the stranded people, two people have been died in the incident, one of whom fell to his death during a rescue operation on Monday and the other who died in the trolley.
