PM Modi visiting J&K three years after ban on Article 370

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Jammu and Kashmir today April 24, three years after the abrogation of Article 370. He is going to participate in the Panchayati Raj Day program to be held in the Samba district of Jammu.
