The ACT's public health system is buckling under the pressure of pandemic-induced staffing woes and rising covid-19 hospitalisions.

It's left some Canberrans who are waiting on elective surgeries in limbo. It comes as many ACT schools are forced back to remote learning - also due to severe workforce shortages.
