Kanpur violence: How many responsible for the conspiracy?

Police Action on Kanpur Violence: Fifty arrests have taken place in 4 days over the violence that took place in Kanpur on Friday. After the first poster of 40 accused came out, some people surrendered themselves. Police suspect that there could be a political connection behind the violence.
