Rising interest rates continue to effect cost of living

The finance minister Katy Gallagher says the government will apply a "cost of living lens" to its October budget but warns inflation will going to get worse. Now borrowers already feeling the pinch of rising interest rates are preparing themselves for further hip pocket pain.
