Ukraine must not be defeated by…Ukraine? Biden stumbles as NATO summit wraps up

At the end of the NATO summit in Madrid, US President Biden made a mistake when he said that Ukraine should not be defeated by Ukraine. Shortly thereafter, he corrected his statement and made it clear that he meant Russia.
