House buyers struggle to get on Kent property ladder

House prices in Kent have reached more than 10 times the average salary, with more people struggling to access the property ladder.

The cost of buying houses has hit a national all time high, with figures from Halifax showing a nearly 17% rise in prices since the start of the pandemic.
