Orange alert issued for Mumbai, heavy rain forecast

An orange alert has been issued as heavy rain lashes several parts of Mumbai, said the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Train and bus services were badly hit across the city. Water-logging was witnessed in several low-lying areas due to the first heavy downpour of the season, civic officials said.
