Himachal: 3 lives stuck in river with Tractor-Trolley, Watch

In Himachal Pradesh, a tractor-trolley laden with junk got stuck in the river. On which 3 people were aboard. For about 20 minutes, the three people along with the tractor-trolley were trapped between the strong water flow.
