'People used to contest election to save Deposits', JP Nadda

BJP national president JP Nadda participated in the book release program of Ganga Prasad, Governor of Sikkim in Patna. Addressing the people here, he said that at the time of Ganga Prasad, people used to fight elections not to win, but to save their deposits.
