Incessant rains in Mumbai, flooding in low-lying areas

Incessant showers lashed Mumbai on Thursday morning, leading to flooding in many low-lying areas. Andheri subway, which connects the east and west parts of the suburb, was flooded and police had restricted its use by citizens.
