Weapon found on boat, conspiracy to shake Maharashtra again?

A suspicious boat was found in Raigad, Maharashtra. AK 47 and some rifles have been recovered from the boat. A high alert has been issued in Raigad after the boat was found. According to sources, the weapons were in waterproof boxes.
