Dumka: Dead body of 14 year old girl found hanging from tree

A 14-year-old minor girl's body was found hanging from a tree in Dumka. Allegedly, a Muslim youth first raped her and then killed her. The accused has been arrested by the police. In the last 10 days, this is the second case of crime against girls in Dumka.
