The Kentish tradition of harvesting fresh green hops for beer is back!

It's harvest time for hops across Kent, and that means it's time for Green Hop Day. It runs for a few weeks and means some beers will be made with the fresh produce. Usually they're dried, and can then be used throughout the year, however, brewers say this fresh fruit gives the beer a more earthy taste.
