UP: Incessant rainfall triggers severe waterlogging in parts of Mathura

Amid incessant spells of rainfall in parts of Uttar Pradesh, severe waterlogging was witnessed in parts of Mathura on October 8. Commuters were seen having difficulty on the flooded roads.
