James Tupper denied legal guardianship of his and Anne Heche's son!

James Tupper has been denied guardianship of his and Anne Heche's 13-year-old son Atlas because a judge found not enough evidence had been provided to stop the teenager's half-brother, Homer Laffoon, from taking the role.
