East coast deluge continues as thousands told to evacuate across NSW, Tas. and Victoria

The major flood emergency in south-eastern Australia is worsening by the hour. The Bureau of Meteorology says major rivers are at record flooding levels, and it's warning more water will move downstream over the coming days.
