Father's Organic Farm, which was the site of a landslide in Batang Kali, Selangor, did not inform the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) about its camping activities, said Hee Loy Sian.
Selangor Tourism and Environment Executive Council chairman said that after checking on some of the victims at the Hulu Yam Baru Police Station on Friday (Dec 16), adding that MPHS only gave approval to the company to carry out agricultural activities.
