Ozzy Osbourne Retires From Touring As Body Remains ‘Physically Weak’ From Back Surgeries

Four years after a brutal back injury, Ozzy Osbourne is still too weak to hit the road, and he regretfully announced on Feb. 1 that he'll now have to retire from touring.
