How 1.5 tonnes of döner kebab is made every day at this legendary kebab shop in Turkey

Peçenek Döner prepares 500 kilos of meat for weekends and around 300 on weekdays. The restaurant expects to serve 1,500 people a day on the weekends. We stepped into one of its kitchens to see how cooks prepare the doner kebabs along with other popular items, such as lavash and rice pudding.
