Dozens of jobs to be created as Quantafuel gets permission for new recycling plant

The Norwegian firm has been given the green light to develop a new facility at Port of Sunderland, using pyrolysis technology to melt and break down plastics into raw materials that can be used again in the manufacture of new products, including high-grade plastics.
