Electricity prices set to surge over 20 per cent as regulators reveal draft pricing plans

The Australian Energy Regulator has revealed that energy prices could rise by over 20 per cent in some states. The regulator has released its draft prices, for about 600-thousand customers on the default offer in South Australia, New South Wales and south-east Queensland.
