Tory MP questions if Budget childcare expansion is ‘right policy for children and families’

Conservative MP Miriam Cates has said Jeremy Hunt's childcare support package "is not the the right policy" for women or children. In an interview with another fellow conservative MP Jacob Rees-Mogg, Cates said that the budget "doesn't provide choice."
