A correctional officer gets arrested for driving from police traffic stop

In this video, you can see a correction officer being stabbed by a police officer on a traffic stop. The correction officer is not cooperative. He later drives off to his apartment before the police officer ran his drivers license for that reason, the police officer called for back up and followed him to his apartment, and later, as back up or arrived, he started admitting that he had drove off this triggered his arrest. However he complained that he had to call someone and his phone was inside his apartment as police refused, he created a verbal argument and resisted arrest, and therefore he was forced into the car
