Big banks urged to repay scam victims after ASIC report

Big banks are under pressure to better protect customers from scams after their customers lost a record 550-million dollars last year in cons. The corporate regulator ASIC found the banks compensated only a few customers for their loss and said they can and should do more to protect them.
