Inquiry into Bruce Lehrmann case continues in Canberra

The ACT’s director of public prosecutions has told the inquiry into the prosecution of former liberal staffer Bruce Lehrmann he was mistaken to believe police deliberately sent Ms Higgins' counselling notes to the defence.
