Interim political leader of the Tobago People's Party, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine says instead of calling the Local Government election which Trinidadians voted in on Monday, the Prime Minister should have called a general election instead.
Augustine said at the launch of the TTP on Sunday night at the Stage in the Sea that the Prime Minister wasted time calling the Local Government election.
