Bodycam shows NYPD officers rescuing a woman who’d gotten trapped under a Brooklyn pier. Footage shared by Reuters shows one of the officers holding on to the woman’s hand from the edge of the pier in the Red Hook neighborhood. Veuer’s Maria Mercedes Galuppo has the story.
