Met Office Afternoon Weather Forecast 01/11/23 - Storm Ciarán to bring strong winds

Rain and some heavy showers today across northern parts. Storm Ciarán approaching later from the southwest, bringing very wet and windy weather to England and Wales, the strongest winds in the south.
