U.S. Closely Monitoring Reports of Chinese Warships Docked in Cambodia

The United States says it’s closely monitoring reports of Chinese warships docked at the Ream Naval Base in Cambodia. It comes after Phnom Penh and Beijing reportedly signed a deal that gives China exclusive access to parts of the base.
