Concerns after NDIS refuses funding for disability aid

The federal government has promised to make the NDIS more humane and less bureaucratic, as part of its plans to reboot the scheme. For one family, that pledge can't come soon enough, they're upset and confused after their son was denied what they say is an essential piece of equipment.
